Engineer, Entrepreneur and Author, Nnaziri Ihejirika was born in Milan, Italy, and grew up in Nigeria, where he attended the famous King’s College, Lagos.

At the age of 16, Nnaziri followed his family as they immigrated to Toronto, Canada. After completing high school at Oakwood Collegiate Institute, Nnaziri went on to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto.

Nnaziri Ihejirika is a professional engineer and MBA with several years of experience leading project, engineering, maintenance and operations teams in the downstream (Petrochemicals), midstream (Distribution) and upstream (Oilsands & In-Situ) sectors of Canada’s energy industry.

He can be best described as a transformational leader with a proven track record of operational excellence and delivering value to diverse business units. Nnaziri is also skilled at securing stakeholder engagement, leading cross-functional teams and aligning business unit functions. High EQ manager with demonstrated abilities in developing direct reports and unlocking workforce potential.

Nnaziri is the founder of Clean Efficiency Consulting, a sustainable energy startup, which provides strategic solutions and outreach in support of the energy transition. In particular, Clean Efficiency connects clean technology innovators with investors, funding and demonstration opportunities.
