The ESN Audit Program

The aim of the Energy Savers Audit Program is to collate a comprehensive database of the installed capacity and actual amount of energy/power required in local communities. The rationale behind the energy audits is to use the information to help the Government plan for its medium and long term energy strategy.

Objectives of the audit program are:

To educate and create awareness regarding energy usage, consumption patterns, and conservation opportunities.

To document existing conditions for planning purposes.

To give information on Health and safety issues with regards to pollution and carbon emissions from self-generation.
